Interior Services Include:

  • Extensive Prep 
       - Paint doesn't stick very well to dirty walls or ceilings so we sponge clean them with soap and water (or 
       TSP) and rinse with water once done.
       - Masking of baseboards, crown molding, trim, and doors; caulking included where necessary.
       - We scrape, sand, patch, and fill every hole, crack, dent, and surface imperfection. Holes can be spackled 
       and caulked where necessary; we sand dry spackle smooth and prime each spot.
       - Removing or covering furniture, outlet covers and window screens makes for a much neater paint job. If we
       can't move it out, we use cloth drops to cover any surface that should not have the desired paint color on it, 
       including floors.
  • Priming the Surface
       - Priming walls and ceilings is mandatory whenever you're painting new drywall or painting over a dark color,
       but we prime regardless. Primer serves three main functions. First, it blocks stains from bleeding through. 
       Second, it allows one-coat coverage for the paint. Third, and most important, it improves paint adhesion, 
       which greatly reduces blisters and peeling.
